Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use EdgeFox.

You agree to use EdgeFox lawfully and to not:

• Violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• Use the service to send spam or misleading content, or to post fake reviews.

You keep ownership of the business information, images, and other content you provide. You grant EdgeFox the permission needed to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service to you — for example, to build and host your website or to show your reviews and insights.

Where EdgeFox builds or hosts a website for you, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply. Change requests you submit are reviewed and applied by EdgeFox, and changes are staged for approval before they go live. We aim to complete requests promptly but do not guarantee a specific turnaround time.

Some EdgeFox services are paid. Applicable fees, billing periods, and any trial terms are presented to you before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

You may cancel or delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to EdgeFox. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

EdgeFox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular business result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeFox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of EdgeFox after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
